I needed something tricky cutting- Bart ( cutting station) was exceptionally helpful and went above and beyond. Bart displayed genuinely excellent customer service and had a very pleasant manner to boot. I'm a very happy customer. Well done, Bart ??

Very disappointing service. Poor guy on till left on his own and given no help despite numerous staff members being asked, they were refusing to help him. ( I should add that it was not busy in the store, with lots of other staff milling around) Felt really sorry for him. He was completely unsupported. Not his fault, He was really professional. No teamwork. Nobody answered him on radio to get gas bottle refill. Other staff put heads down to avoid helping. Customer service not a priority and really poor working environment for the solitary guy on the till. Security guard helped him in the end- again, really lovely guy. I think this is an organisational issue. Clearly management have told them not to help out and only stick to assigned tasks. Not a great way to run a business.

I have just been to B&Q Killingbeck to inquire about sheds. Sonny the store assistant was very polite and helpful and was able to answer all my questions I asked him.

Everything you need for the DIY , good parking , staff are just so helpful . Must say Colin at the building section was a great help. Nothing was too much trouble .
Product good and a great selection . Wood Cutting area a bonus.

Sarah, Gemma and other staff are Absolutely fantastic!
I got some sliding doors, the delivery, the communication, the measuring up of the fitted cupboards by Gemma, and other staff with a good manager like Sara was exceptional. Everything was done on time, any clarifications any issues with resolved to a very satisfactory time limit. as a former non-director of the NHS I appreciate quality staff and they did all they can to have it deliver in time. I would highly recommend to everybody do not go anywhere else for sliding cupboards kitchens or bathrooms. I have full confidence and trust in the staff to help me guide me understand the tracking the sizes the measurements. They were spot on with accuracy. The delivery by TJ Hughes was phenomenal, and indeed on time the staff were very profession al there as well . b and Q standards are 100% superior than I have ever seen. Thanks again so so much ! Excellent staff and products orders within time scales and you make it so much easier. Defiantly back there for all our needs
