Fantastic experience. Took my DB11 as was having issue with the engine coolant light. Michael looked after me, I called on the day and they were able to squeeze me in. Sorted the problem for no charge and gave me a bottle of coolant just in case. Customer service honestly was 10/10. So nice to have a brand that looks after their customers. Thank you Michael and the Aston Martin team.

Living in London I would need persuading to travel to Leeds to view the DBS. However my questions were answered clearly by Paul Taylor and a video was sent which confirmed what I wanted.Arriving early at Leeds I was able to part exchange my Vanquish and sort the finances swiftly.I collected the car following a comprehensive handover and now feel confident about owning this car which is 1 year old. Paul contacted me a few days later to check all was ok. This is my 5th Aston.

I always find that buying/changing a car is a stressful process.However at the Aston Martin showroom we found it to be a very pleasant experience.Dealt with Paul Taylor, very helpful and knowledgeable.Every thing went smoothly, we were kept updated with the process.

Never fixed the problem. Brakes squeak like a bus. Called a characteristic of the car!!! Absolute joke. ?The DB11 looks great, sounds like the number 57 through town?. I must have missed that strap line from Aston ?????. AM have an option to change to a brake that doesn?t squeak but refuse to do it, their advice is to basically drive the car like you?re on a track and smash the brakes so they get so hot they stop squeaking. It?s a GT! A GT!! Not sure the local police would welcome me ?heating the brakes up? around town. Knew I should have got a 911, the brakes don?t squeak.

Just bought my DB11 V12 with the help of Connor at AM Leeds. From start to finish Connors level of service was outstanding. I?ve bought loads of cars over the years and Connor is by far the most helpful sales person I?ve dealt with. Would highly recommend AM Leeds. Great work lads keep it up. I?ve dealt with Aston Martin Leeds for 4 years now. However this is the first car I?ve bought from them. Connor Swain the sales executive who looked after me was superb from start to finish. Great with communication and just easy to get on with. Aston Martin Leeds continues to be a pleasure to deal with.

Just want to share my excellent experience of buying an approved Aston Martin Vantage. The whole team is great, but special mention to Angie on reception and Michael. Max was our sales contact and he was brilliant. Just to echo other reviews he was never pushy and worked towards the budget that we had set. It was by far the easiest and most pleasant car buying experience I?ve ever had. Would not hesitate to recommend and use again.

Great experience when taking my AM Vantage for service at JCT600 Brooklands Aston Martin Leeds yesterday. I was met by at the door by Michael Hartley who made the whole experience fantastic. He confirmed my requirements for service, provided coffee, biscuits and then offered to take me into Leeds for a morning meeting. Once in Leeds, he arranged to collect me the following day to collect my car from service. A brilliant all round experience from Michael and Katie which always makes you want to return.Well done.

Excellent service from the team at Aston Martin Leeds including Katie and Helen on the run up to the day and for looking after me on the day itself. But, especially from Mike for going above and beyond with the chauffeur service to my office and back, and for ensuring my car looked brand new when I drove away in it - unexpectedly sporting a new specially fitted number plate and an Aston Martin magazine on the passenger seat! Thoroughly recommend!

Great experience from the moment you arrive at the showroom. It oozes quality. The staff are polite informative and very helpful. Michael their meet and greet person is first class.
