A small ASDA Supermarket, converted from a Netto many years ago. It looks very similar to other ASDA Supermarket branches in the area. The store often does not have what you are looking for in-stock, with better luck in the nearby Morrisons. The store could do with a refit, and would look so much better with a new floor and some new interior decoration. The store is, aside from the size, no worse than any other ASDA Supermarkets. The prices are good, especially since Rollback was reintroduced, even on branded goods. I hope to see this store flourish and will revisit it once it hopefully has had a refit.

Perfect colleagues, really friendly and polite, Shaun in particular, helped me out with a massive favour in the evening. Overall great people and a great store!

Nice store in a lovely location. The issue I have with it is it lacks varieties, compared to Aldi and Morrisons in Kirkstall.
The have enough parking space too.

A few weeks ago I was served by Devante who opened the till for me with no hesitation. It was greatly appreciated that your staff deliver great customer service and care :)

? Review for ASDA Kirkstall, Leeds
Absolutely appalling experience at ASDA Kirkstall. The store is consistently dirty, disorganised, and gives off a sense of total neglect. Staff wander about disinterested, chatting among themselves, clearly not bothered about customers or standards. This exact mindset of indifference is why ASDA has been on a downward spiral?selling off, restructuring, and still failing to revive public trust.
The lack of motivation among staff is shocking. If they don?t like their jobs, why are they there? And if they do, then management clearly isn?t paying or treating the right people well enough. Wake up?reward those who care, replace those who don?t. Otherwise, ASDA is doomed to repeat the same failures.
On top of that, in multiple visits?including other branches?I?ve noticed an underlying discriminatory tone, especially toward ethnic minorities or customers who ?don?t look the part.? There?s a growing sentiment of religious intolerance that should worry any responsible brand. This isn?t just one person?s complaint: reviews from across the UK echo the same concern. Just check Google, Trustpilot, or Twitter?racial profiling, neglect, and rudeness are recurring themes.
? Religious and ethnic intolerance is a dangerous path. The UK has seen a sharp rise in hate crimes?up over 26% in recent years according to Home Office statistics. Supermarkets, which serve millions daily, cannot afford to mirror these divisions.
Fix your shop, clean your store, retrain or replace your staff, and get back to serving all customers with dignity. Otherwise, Kirkstall is just a snapshot of why ASDA continues to decline?and why many shoppers, like myself, won?t be coming back.

Called in today to do some shopping and collect an on line order. Was served by 'Devante'. He was very helpful and offered to help carry my goods to the car as it wasn't possible for me to do in one trip. He was friendly and it felt like nothing was too much trouble. All in all it was a very positive customer experience. He is a credit to your workforce.

Reasonable selection for a smaller shop, although not that good if vegan. I've stopped using the self scan app as every time I use it I end up having to go through a bag check and save no time.

Pls do not buy anything from this store via just eat as half your items do not arrive and no funds are ever returned to you for your missing items

I had an online return to take back. After being told I cannot return it due to it not being in the original shipping packaging I was then told I can. I was told to print the QR code and then place it in the returns slot. After scanning and placing this on I then placed in the returns slot a member of staff then came over and said you didn?t put it in there did you? To which I replied yes I was told to by another member of staff. The member of staff then scoffed at me and told me I would have broken it and then walked off, mumbling under his breath. I have never met such a rude person at any ASDA store.
