So many bad reviews and don't understand why, staff are friendly and helpful, sometimes they run short on staff when it's outrageously busy but they do their best to help. Always been there and had no problems whatsoever. I would definitely recommend this store as they have lots of good products. One of the checkout was dirty and I avoided scanning a product to nor make my products dirty, a staff member noticed and came quickly to clean it. Outstanding service from the staff, thank you!

Always seem to make a Bee Line for me when I go in here. Don't know what I've done to upset some of the Staff, but that's my opinion.

I?m giving this rating because the staff are extremely Rude towards customers and require improvement on customer service. I bought some forks for my house and instead of just confirming that I?m an adult buying the forks the member of staff commented that ? Don?t go round stabbing people with them forks Love? I mean she doesn?t know me from no where just judging customers and so disrespectful. Wouldn?t recommend this Asda and will be avoiding it in future.

If I have my way, I would give an absolute zero rating about this particular ASDA. My experience today was pitiful.
I came to buy 2 bars of chocolate and met the automated till. I don't know how to use it as it is something I am not familiar with. I scanned 1 bar and held it, then I tried to scan the second bar. A customer assistant clearly saw I was struggling with this and did nothing than to be shouting at me to put the chocolate down. I felt so ashamed because the tone of her voice was like I was a thief trying to scan one chocolate bar and steal the other.
You saw a customer struggling with scanning, simply offer assistance than stand in front of him and be shouting at him like he is a thief trying to steal an 80p Mars chocolate bar. Honestly I felt like just dropping the chocolate and leaving. What kind of service was that?
If you are the manager, check your footage between 7:40-7:50 AM, 30/10/2024, and see the nonsense I experienced. Is that how you treat a customer? I felt so bad when leaving the store, especially after for a strange reason her voice tone switched to a calm and soft voice when she attended to another customer after me. That is nonsense.

I bought some snickers for my children which was already expired the ASDA rewritten the expiration date on them but inside each snickers has expiry date . Be careful guys
One of my children got diarrhoea straight away.
I spoke to one of their staff members and showed her that.
The ASDA is a massive business but why they?re doing this.

Needs closing down! Been in a few times now and it gets worse everytime. Staff on the isle swearing and shouting, speak to customers rude and manager couldn?t care less about the attitude of his staff. Absolutely joke. Can?t get served if the machine needs a colleague as there stood about talking! Won?t be shopping here again.
