Today is my last visit to this store it is getting worse and worse. Out of 19 items I wanted today 10 were out of stock. This seems to be how this store is run lately. If I didn't know better I'd say it was going to close down soon! It's a shame that the managers here are inept as the shop floor staff are lovely apart from the older man who is always swearing even when my children are in earshot. So done!

I Went late at evening to get syrup for could and flue and has been directed to place where they were. Absolutely amazing customer service from lady with name Saidie. It?s not first time I am shopping there and I notice how great she communicate with each customer . Five star services and really nice to shop at place where you get a help and positive vibe.

To start trying to pay on the self serve is ridiculous, the card machine always says payment aborted or rejected 2 or 3 times before taking payment making you feel embarrassed plus waiting for an assistant sometimes can take for ever. Half the time you go for something it's not there and over last month ( my fault for not checking) things have been out of date. ( sandwiches mainly)

Its to the point now where i dont want to go in there staff are rude if you have an item that u need to prove id for they take forever to get to you i was waiting for 5 mins to get served for an energy drink when there was 2 of them behind the till you walk in and you have to make sure you watch where you are going because there is stuff on the floor i was out side yesterday on my phone and i got told to move in an agressive tone so he can move flowers out the way to get into the door no need to chat to me in that way if you want to be served faster and be treated with respect there is a corner shop just behind
