Overall the shopping experience wasn't horrible but it just felt a bit dirty in the shop. The floor was covered in mud, which I get because people might bring it in but it looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a while. The items were easy to find and the staff were very helpful but the shelves were very messy and some things were on the wrong shelf.

I was attacked by a wild pack of Orca and they threw sweet potatoes at me. Overall a very melancholy experience and I really hope it improves soon

This Asda store is quite big in size. They also have a very good collection of household items. Clothes are relatively cheap compared to other retailers with decent quality. Most of the time you may also find reduced items here or there.
The location is great within Crown point shopping centre. Plenty of parking space shared by other retailers as well.
At the entry of Asda, there is an escalator to go up. To come down, there is no parallel down escalator. For the accessibility, there is a lift. That is quite convenient.
There are two places for payments- ground floor and first floor. However, they close the upstairs ones very early towards the end. This becomes super inconvenient with very long queues downstairs. Even longer queues during festival times. There is no self check out.
The people are nice. Super helpful! Super busy all the time.

Nothing special only the cheapest Item found 15 eggs for only £1.99, sugar 1 kg 1.39 whereas Aldi and sainsbury everywhere 1.20!
So I'm never gonna shop Again.

Ross and Abi absolute disgrace to Asda.. have no manners to talk to customers.. if managers at this store are acting like clowns then I wonder what normal staff will be like!! Area manager seriously need to have word!!

Great selection of clothes, home ware and seasonal items. Christmas had exploded all over the shop before it was even Halloween!

There's always a bug queue, but staff are friendly despite this it's ok

Good store. The only downside to it is the waiting time on the till. Staff are too chitty chatty on the till and the waiting line grows quick. It is one thing to be friendly and have conversation, it is another thing to over do it.
