In-store purchase experience was good. But not the store pick up, you need to wait a lot of minutes for people to come and address your order. A few times, I went inside and asked them to come. Usually they would say, "the monitor is not working , so we couldn't see you waiting outside", "sorry lack of people"....

I just want to give a shout out to one of your employees, Lisa (team/section leader) at your Beeston store. Lisa solved a problem with a gift card and went above and beyond to help resolve things. It's rare ro come across someone who is willing to do this nowadays and it was much appreciated, despite my grumpiness over the situation, Lisa was so helpful and understanding. She is a credit to the store. Thank you ?.

Useless shop again no mince beef in for the 2 week running asked an employee do you have any non alcoholic beer she replies ? ohh no we don?t sell that stuff here anyway it?s not that good just get the real thing? wow great thing to say to a recovering alcoholic in which alcohol free beer has helped me so much. Place is useless I?ll be going to Sainsbury?s just down road from now on

How rude! A member of staff was very abrupt today and I was taken aback, as I have used this branch for the last 5 years with no issues.They have approachable and friendly staff.I mentioned this to another member of staff only to be told she was the manager!

The price are getting ridiculous!!! Despite the inflation rate being currently lowest in 3 years ,Asda is raising the prices ...and it's not just few % ! Take a lemons for example-I was buying them for £1 2 months ago,today I went to Asda and they're 40% more expensive at £1.40!!!!! No more shopping at Asda,I guess I'll have to stick to Lidl and Aldi

Well stocked, reasonably sized store. Paths around the store could be kept cleaner. It would be useful if it was possible to recycle batteries and plastic bags here ???
