A young female employee on the ready meal Isle really having a rant about management whilst I was shopping tonight. Very unprofessional. Reported it to what looked like two managers. Not sure if anything was done. Terrible behavior!

On my recent shopping trip to Asda Middleton in Leeds on December 3, 2024, at 11:20 AM, I noticed an issue with the pricing labels for more expensive products, such as Leap smoked salmon. The price labels for these items were covered with other materials, making it difficult to see the correct prices. Instead, the labels for cheaper products were placed underneath the more expensive ones, which was misleading.
Be careful when you shop at Asda Middleton in Leeds!
When I raised this concern, I received an insulting response from one of the Asda employees (a male staff member), which made my experience unpleasant.
Asda, I believe you have the resources to ensure that your staff are properly trained to display price labels correctly and to provide better customer service.

Could be better. The directions off the big roundabout for the entrance is non-existent, we first entered the neighbouring Aldi complex. We found our way in and had a breakfast at the cafe, as a stop on our journey.
The food was pretty good, but the cafe seating area is a bit sterile, staff service was OK. Both could be improved.
Once in the cafe area, there are no signs for the toilets....we exited, walked into the store area, then turned around when we saw the toilets sign so back to the cafe. Basic things to get right really.

This cafe never has ingredients to make pizzas,I've been three times and they've had no boxes ,no dough, this time U could only have pepperoni, Beeston is far cleaner, better service and accommodate the customers

Digusting place is the cafe .. one never know a single handed women to serve queues and serve the food in a asda cafe before .. very mucky needs a major clean.. cutlery all mucky and water marked looks awful no little spoons for hot drinks at all.. coffee is terrible like water no butter on breadcakes or given the choice. Cups coffee stains on them menu not in site to be honest it's in need of management to get this mucky place cleaned and sort everything out

Come here all the time, but noticed they had only a 1 way in and 1 way out entrance and exit now. Which caused some sort of stress because if your visiting the cafe, you have to walk through the stores entrance walk all the way through the self services etc which is just too much added extra. There should be another door entrance to the cafe if this is the case. Never any fries even though there is an option for chips or fries. So that's always a down side of this. There is never any delivery of them ever time we come here. So I'm not sure on what is going on with their deliveries as its happend on alot of occasions.

Must be the worst Asda in the region. Constant lack of stock, management don't bother training their staff on their own systems. Once had to wait 20 min to get my shopping verified after using their scan & go app.
Go to Beeston instead.

This is a poor excuse of a supermarket. The amount of times I've been there and shelves/ freezers have been empty of stock and items have gone past there sell by date! I don't know how they manage to stay open? It's also quite a dirty store.

Having used this ASDA for several times a week I've been able to assess the standards and I can give the floor staff a pat on the back for their attention to customer needs however management is lacking a willingness to sort out ongoing problems and the blame lies with head office's lack of attention to the problems arising on a regular basis hope something will be resolved quickly as the company in most respects is probably the best in the country

Easy to park, clean and tidy, staff very friendly,helpful, efficient.
