I work for Asda and haven?t been paid my wage. I?m owed over a grand. It?s been 4 weeks and still nothing. Contacted HR who where useless, told transferred me to my manager who said he?s rang payroll yet it?s not been sorted 4 weeks later. Im left with no money to pay bills and no money for anything. I?m now taking them to court. Don?t work for Asda!

We buy a tinned product called Just Essentials by ASDA Chilli Con Carne...Within a week the price of this product has jumped from £1.20 to £1.85 in less than a week.After speaking to customer services I was told that it was down to the food interest rate.The food interest rate for January 2024 increased to 6.90%. The math 6.90% of £1.20 is 0.0828p if you add the two together it works out to £1.2828p,if you round it up to £1.29p it's far from the present price of £1.85 . Your increase works out to over 50% increase .ASDA you need to buy a new calculator.Please don't say the rise in petrol/diesel fuel because the price has gone down.Come on ASDA why are you ripping off the public not just on this product but many many more.

I will never ever purchase an item that Asda sells via a third party. The item was not suitable so it was returned which was a fiasco in itself. I am still waiting for my refund 3 weeks later. Everytime I ring the helpline I am told it will be processed and I will receive a confirmation email but nothing ever arrives!

Biggleswade store is busy Saturday but you have to walk around the car park to obtain a trolley because the trolley parks outside the store a completely empty I find this very inconvenient when you have children in tow.

I?m Absolutely Disgusted, Disappointed & feeling that I am being Penalised for not being able to attend the store?s (Swindon Wiltshire)I am Disabled & have Limited money so when I do my Online Shopping it is for my monthly Shop & even when Stock is Still Available I?m not receiving it!!! I have had to make 2 shopping Orders in the past week so that I can get everything I need as they Don?t send me One Item which is Tobacco, they say there is none in the store! I know this to be a lie?. They could send a substitute item but all they ever say is it?s None Available, even when I had people go in & purchase these items & they were in Stock in Both stores!!! Unfortunately these people don?t drive so couldn?t bring me the Tobacco that they were able to purchase, (and why should they?!) that they will be returning at some stage as they Only did it to check that the item I ordered was in Stock!!Why should I be penalised because I can?t get out to the store or nearby shop because of my Disabilities?.I have had this happen to me so many times over the past nine months & it?s very frustrating, it?s also not the way a Big Company (that I actually used to work for) like Asda should be Run?..In my mind your Delivery Orders should take Priority as some like myself Can?t get out to do their own shopping!!

Bloody useless. Made a formal complaint about the Romford store, it's manager and security, only to be told that the management team of the store (the same manager no doubt) has looked into it and concluded there was no issue. Make it make sense! If you make a complaint about a store manager, surely his superiors should look at the issue that was brought up about him and thoroughly. Absolutely shocking customer service. This would be 0 stars, if it were at all possible to give.

What a joke Asda has become, Rooney Lane store really busy, one till open self service machines an absolute disgrace. Manger told me that's all the staff they are allowed . I'm going to Aldi, Morrisons Tesco anywhere in future except asda

What an experience One Stop Asda Perry Barr Birmingham.Always shop at great Barr excellent been a customer 30 years.A quick shop today small baskets of food never been before never will again.Clean shop got every thing I needed , the self serve queue went to the back of the shop I joined a till , well one of the 2 open I waited 35 min to get to the till, totally crazy possibly 40 people in front of me.When I get to the till the customer in front asked for a bag this message was sent up and down to several staff to be told no bags , I waited patiently but I was getting very stressed so many customers all trying to be served any way they could.4 bags where handed to my cashier 2 taken by the till behind customers asking for a bag from scan and go.I had to speak up to get a bag and told the cashier 49 min to be served is totally insane, she replied yes tell me about it !I asked the managers name and was told Mike someone, never know such bad customer service total disgrace to the Asda name.

10 Feb 2024 STAFFORD STORE"We take pride in our customer service"The Hell You Do !!!!!I had to go into the store to ask for help as the click & collect lockers weren't working. I was told someone would come out. A v young lad came out who didnt know what to do. I asked that he gets someone who does know. Later some other lad came out who also didnt know what to do. I said please get a manager or someone who can help. Same guy rtn'd who said i asked my manager to assist but they said "Im too busy to help them". Even though 2 customers had been waiting 40 mins ! By this stage.Myself and another customer with the young staff member had to open 60 lockers to try and find our shopping orders. Only to find it wasn't even in the lockers. Half the frozen lockers were defrosted and water was coming out of them with people orders in them. I again asked for a manager to come and help us. For the young lad to tell us the manager said," theyve done enough this week and are due to go home so there not coming out to help".The other customers and I were left waiting for over an hour. In the end I went back into the store to get a refund as the money had been taken from my account.The 2 young lads said weve found your orders in the back of a van god knows why they were put in there. The food was not in a chiller or freezer so I refused to take it.There was no general manager working the whole weekend and was told I need to wait till monday when there back.Spoke to a manager covering the GM and said I want my money back now please, I'm not being left out of pocket by £85 I've now got a full shop to do and its not going to be here, after the way I've been treated.He just called the online customer service's who were useless and hung up on him.I Left with no shopping, very upset and £85 down plus I have to wait for a WEEK for a refund of my money !!I'll never shop at Asda again !
