My 1st review and its asda! Iv noticed people giving bad reviews because of pallets and cages but im sorry, if you come to shop after 10pm then what do you expect??? Be greatfull the store is open until midnight. Personally iv been shopping here for 30years and as far as availability is concerned, has always been very good, staff has been brilliant especially on checkouts. There are still staff members who have been working there for 20yrs, especially the lad on frozen who i have always seen working his backside off on his own but always smiling and happy to help if need a product (i buy alot of frozen!!) so im assuming management cant be that bad if some old staff is still there and he once told me he likes working there because of the managers he has on nights who i myself have seen everytime im there shopping filling stock. Pot holes in car park are getting bad but im told its a council carpark so not asda responsibility. A great store with 2 floors, ample choice and lovely people. Keep up the hard work.

They want you to self scan but never provide enough staff for approvals so always a longer than acceptable wait. Don't even think about taking a security tagged item through self checkouts!!

I was in asda pudsey today and used the self service tills now on previous visits ive used a egift card ive been able to get xbox gift card with other shopping and pay for it all on my gift card today how ever Saturday 30th november didnt work and it froze the self serve which resulted in me waiting for 10 mins for someone to come sort it passed around 3 staff eventually after been moved 3 times to different tills and 40 mins in total to get served i was finally on my way i think gift cards in store should be clearly marked that you can no longer purchase on a egiftcard the level of service here seems to be dropping the guy i first spoke to cant remember name tried everything to no prevail he contacted someone for help and 10 mins later still.no one eventually it was a female member of staff who got it through the tills so thanks to those two a third female colleague with blond hair came over and it was like she didnt believe that ive purchased xbox cards on egiftcard before maybe time she learnt her job role a bit

Parking is terribly signposted after dark on a wet night. Ended up in the disabled area by accident twice and you can't drive through so relative ended up having to awkwardly reverse out, in an area where parents have small children walking around. Followed the signs for 'parking' but then ended up accidentally going the wrong way. Really poorly laid out and not at all obvious how to enter the main parking area. Please add better signs for safety; this will end in a collision.

Never EVER order delivery with these cowboys, things will be missing, and when you ask for a refund it?ll instantly decline because they can?t be bothered actually looking into it. 20 items not delivered but charged for, how is that ok?

Dire compared to what it used to be like. Missing all sorts of stock, multiple things out of date and short dated on every visit and that's before getting to the state of the car park. It's like an off roading venue. No effort taken to fill any of the (literally) thousands of potholes, some of which are very deep. Every visit I get more and more fed up, won't be shopping here anymore.

What is the point of sending everyone Asda rewards vouchers, for everyone to go up and find zero of the decent offers??? I'll tell you why, staff have been withholding these items for themselves. Whilst paying at the self serve checkouts I saw atleast 2 members of staff clutching the Andrex toilet rolls that were on offer, yet when we had been around the whole store looking for these, they were nowhere to be seen. The company I work for discipline staff for doing this as you are denying the company of sales. Your greedy staff were not only getting them for £5, but they were also using staff discount cards to make them even cheaper! Shame on you Asda Pudsey!

Guys I've just had to endure endless voice notes from my gf because she couldn't find sun dried tomatoes, I mean why, why have you done this to me... here I am suffering with just a morrisons near me that I'd love to be replaced by an asda and you have given me a headache(through my gf) because your sun dried tomatoes are not in a normal kind of place... may I suggest a. Would like to mention a member of staff who went above and beyond to help me, the lady in question was called Rose Marie.I had previously asked a question but she was busy dealing with someone so I continued shopping, she came and found me, sourced the products that were offsale and helped with some other queries.Good customer service always deserves a mention.

Big supermarket so you can get pretty much what you want. They cater for all with sections for polish and Asian etc. Some of the quality of the goods is poor. The general store is quite run down, doesn?t look good. Got leaks from the clinging. The car park and petrol station are the same with potholes everywhere.
