Bradford council transferred my disabled husband care package to this agency.I asked for males and they sent an 18 year old girl & young lads.Now we have the mature males coming with exception of mature experienced female to accompany the male carer.My husband has his dignity and doesn't want a young girl tending to him.The office change the times and do not stick to what we have requested.Asked the office many times to send weekly rota and they fail to send these through.The office don't inform you if the carers are delayed.I've had to rearrange other appointments because the carers have turned up late.They are struggling to recruit experienced carers, only few are experienced in this field of workThey've had to pull carers from Leeds to cover Bradford area.Why take on a large contract to cover Bradford when you don't have enough experienced carers??

My mother has used this service now for over a year before now moving into a residential home. The carers have been absolutely brilliant with mum, from showering to getting her dressed making teas and meals to social calls and taking her for walks around the park or going to the elderly action with her. Mum said if she could have carers through the night she would have stayed at home using this service they all adored mum and mum likewise adored the carers she had. Mum had 3 visits every day and on 4 days an extra 2 hour social visit. I would highly recommend these because the carers are amazing bunch of people.

My uncle was very happy with the service provided and the carers that called daily some of whom went above and beyond to make sure my uncle was happy and his welfare and well being was of priority.I thank you .

These carers work really hard they put my dad's needs first they get on really well and have a laugh I don't think I would be able to cope without these carers if anything is wrong they call me which I don't mind we all have a good relationship These carers are a blessing ty

They switched my rota last minute and I had worked all day till 11:40pm and then the next day they wanted me to work 7am till 10pm on a 0hour contract and tried to force me into work when I was on sick leave thank god I left before it was to late

Not nice to see discarded gloves that have been used on elderly people! Disgusting and harmful to anybody who comes across them! I've seen staff throwing them away without a care in the world! Shameful sort your staff out!!!

as care can?t treat their care staff with respect. Changing rotas last min before shift starts. Then ringing on my day offs early as 6am to cover calls. Then having rude OnCall staff. no form of professional communication instead they take it personally. They expect you to work around their hours as if you?ve signed your life away to the company with no consideration of your work availability. Stingy with training pay as if the wage is coming out their dads pension and keep delaying the so called ?probation period? from 3 months to 6 months just so they don?t have to give the training wage.

One of the worst care company's I've ever come across sending staff here there and every where and expecting staff to work 7 days aweek, given them times to look after my mum and they would turn up when ever th liked if ever at all, and the care Co ordinator couldn't find their own back side

do NOT work for this company, provide only 3 days of training, barely give any information out then trust people to go into elderly peoples housing, not inclusive at all to different ethnicities and a poor organisation altogether.

My partner has been using AS care for about 12 months now for a cleaning call on Monday and sit cal on Friday. We have never had a single problem. The staff are amazing and the management are very approachable. They have even gone all out to help get permanent care 7 days a week at short notice after problems with her current care company. Well done and thank you AS care.

Great staff who we can talk with when we need to. Staff overall are very approachable to communicate with. Great team work with every staff member. Always out and about all day, we get to meet new people every day. Learn new skills, additional training offered flexible hours, great pay, lovely place to work, nice office team, good management 5 stars!
