I ordered from NY, US. They hade a Beautiful arrangement sent to my family in Leeds this week following my cousins funeral service. I was looking for a local florist so I e-mailed and they answered immediately and were very helpful and friendly. They sent out a beautiful, fresh arrangement first thing the following morning. I would highly recommend.

Delivers genuine care and humanity in their services. The owner agreed to take a lovely flower pot to my father's grave. This was no small task with the high winds and rain we were experiencing. Not only did she deliver them, but she also ensured the beautiful arrangement was potted to withstand the elements. I was incredibly moved by her kindness and perseverance to locate his grave (the name plaque was missing). She went above and beyond to complete the task and it warms my heart to know that people like her exist in the world.(customer from London)

I needed a small teardrop posy for my mum's funeral to put on top of the coffin and I didn't' really know where to start. The lady in the shop spoke to me about colours and types of flowers and all I could think of was that my mum's favourite colour was blue and so something white with small hints of blue would be lovely. I didn't know what to expect but when my mum arrived home with the flowers on the coffin, they were beautiful and so perfect. Thankyou Arts & Flowers for listening to what I thought I needed and for honouring my mum's favourite colour so beautifully.
