Went in today to return some economic remote control cars and the lady that served me was brilliant I?m not well and keep getting a it confused she was really patient with me and helped me to return them and then helped me with a high chair I was purchasing so just wanted to say say the customer service was really good and really appreciated

We were waiting in the queue at New Look we were with our young children. A member of staff was at the counter and we asked if we can collect our online order. She stated I'm not on shift coincidently the store manager Paul walked past and asked the girl to collect the items. Paul said if staff are on the shop floor they are on shift and apologised. Well done Paul. Great attitude and very good management skills.
