Bought an micro SD card and it was broken, I took it straight back and they wouldn?t refund claiming that we had broken it, I use these cards regular for cameras that I fit so we know how to handle them, really disappointed with their whole attitude! Won?t be going again

I ordered this pan and a wok and both items arrived damaged. What was worse I returned the damaged items & reordered then went back a few days later to be presented with the same damaged goods. I assumed damaged items would be returned to the supplier but it seems Argos are happy to resell them to the next unsuspecting customer. Very poor.

No return policy at this store. Saba the manager is horrible. Will never purchase anything from them again.

I,ve placed order through online and went to return one of the items (Sheer curtain) as not satisfied with the quality. Service in the store was very poor and return was not accepted even though item was in the package but it was not exactly folded and arranged like when received. Not a good experience.

Went the other day to buy a slide and asked them about a pool table I bought at Christmas that had some damage when delivered. Emily was a great help and very friendly and efficient. Excellent customer service

Bought a toilet seat , didn't fit and the design was patchy ,,took back within half an hour and they wouldn't give a refund because we took it out of the plastic bag to try fit it aparantly its jot re sellable ... pathetic, no wonder argos is the next big shop to shut ... we will be resealing the bag and taking back somewhere else

Ordered eBay click and collect item here, eBay showed it was delivered and I went in that day to see if i could pick it up, the lady on the till said they need a code and can't give me the item without it. Fair enough i said i would comeback. I never received a code, no email from ebay, no text message. Now they're telling me they don't have the package and don't know what happened. Really disappointed, think someone's stolen it.

Was served by Jessica Patel who unfortunatley did not know anything about product information and instead of just saying it she just provided me with false information in order to buy a particular item. Do not be fooled and stay away from scammers like Jessica Patel who is not fit for the job.
