Today I purchased a Switch 2 from the Argos on the Headrow in Leeds city centre. David served me and was ever so polite, friendly, and very helpful throughout. Excellent customer service ? I?d like David to be acknowledged for going above and beyond. Thank you, David

Pretty useless. Went in today to collect my water jug and even though with the FT number physical ID and collection code I wasn?t allowed to collect an essential item!!!
What would have really been the difference if it were delivered to my address. Unhelpful and useless

This review isn?t to do with the store its self but a person who works there. I have tried to call customer service but unfortunately they isn?t anyone that I can talk to about the matter. If somebody could email and this so I don?t have to post it online that would be helpful thank you.

So, I went into the LEEDS HEADROW store today to collect an item I ordered online, however the item ordered wasn?t compatible with my device so I went back to return it, ( no damage to the packaging) it was opened obviously so I can check compatibility.. however the manager on shift with the blonde hair was just rude and not co-operative at all, lacks empathy for customers.
Leeds headrow staff, especially the manager lacks basic customer service skills .. ?oh we can?t do much? well guess what I went back to my local Argos and they swapped the item without any hassle!
AVOID LEEDS HEADROW store.. especially if you need to return something? they will just be difficult and not help you. Your best option is to take your custom elsewhere to another Argos store where they have the decency and go out of their way for customers, cause they don?t here in Leeds headrow!!!!!

Really rude & unhelpful staff who refused to provide assistance with a product simply because they didn?t understand what the problem was with a certain feature. In addition to being unprofessional, this was a breach of the consumer rights act.

Had to leave a review of Friendly staff member who when saw I was getting hearing aid batteries, proceeded to say thank you and use sign language as one of my hearing aids had died. Brilliant service

I nipped in argos for two fitted sheets. They was quite busy so not sure why three members of staff were just stood gossiping like children when there were queues however the issue i had was when one of the ladies served me she advised me to go to collections as i was unsure of where to go which i explained to her last time i came in i queued to the far right but she stereotyped me assuming i was being rude when it was her being rude to me. She said well that was last time im on about now which i found snappy and unprofessional i just left it but she called me rude and walked off first. I didnt even raise my tone swear or carry on i just collected my item and left but clearly she assumed i was an "angery black woman" which was a stereotype and i wasn't even mad unlike her who stormed off. I was going to put a complaint in after i left the store but i can't even serm to get through and the online chat isn't working either

staff member named Karen, unfortunately, her behavior during this encounter was unprofessional and disrespectful. she was not willing to listen to others opinion and showed a condescending tone:?can you stop talking and listen to me?!?

Purchased an earring and necklace set as a birthday present and they earring post literally FELL OFF of the back of the actual earring 2days after purchase and argos have REFUSED point blank to exchange for a new pair. Absolutely disgusting service. Haven't used Argos for years and now I won't be using them ever again. Extremely poor customer service and the attitude of the sales/ CS person was diabolical.

Ordered a click and collect and when I got a txt msg to collect I went down to get. When I arrived I was told the shaver I ordered had been lost.
