Had bit of trouble with my iPhone .
Lewis in the store was a fantastic help with me and very helpful with my self inflicted problem with my phone .

The staff and shop are good, but the repair processes no longer serve the customer well. I took a Mac and iPhone in for a repair. The battery needs replacing on the Mac, but now they have some fudged 80% rule on battery changes on Apple Care, a made up number that isn?t 80% to once again decrease services, I?m left paying Apple Care with a slow laptop. My iPhone is freezing and getting scroll stuck as well, just looked me in the eyes and told me there was nothing wrong with it, probably just needs a new battery as well. This all used to be no quibble, the Genius Bar help and repairs is what set the brand apart. I will stop paying for Apple care, it is now a pointless extra. Just one more nail in the coffin for the brand. Other aspects that have frustrated me: 1. Outsourcing to China, leveraging their cheap labour, was short sited and a poor long term strategy for their business, Chinese hardware now has the edge and is frankly better. 2. Constant charger cable changes, must of been horrendous for the enviroment and terribly inconvenient for customers, I have two shoe boxes full of them. 3. Throttling saga. 4. Battery Repairs saga. 4. Lack of creativity in the business. 5. Siri, how can it still be so bad. Conclusion: I think the company is in a death spiral and cutting services for bump share price shows they know it. I have sold all my Apple shares assuming they are now too behind on Ai and once of these new Ai start ups will steal their lunch money and the lack of new products. I will be thinking very carefully on whether it is time for a new brand.

Pathetic service by the Genius Bar - booked an appointment for 9:35, arrived early and checked in, got to 9:45 nobody had come to me, so I said I was still waiting? was told I was next which clearly was a lie, as other people were then seen - 9:55, I gave up - awful service - not what I expect of Apple

Awful store, terrible customer service the staff are nothing short of ignorant, looking at you waiting for 30minutes while they all stand and have a natter about their pro-nouns.

????? Extremely Disappointed ? Poor Service at Apple Leeds
This is my third faulty MacBook, and Apple Leeds quoted me £500 to repair a four-year-old device. When I questioned the cost, the manager told me ?we don?t make any money selling products.?
Seriously? Apple is one of the most profitable companies in the world ? and I?ve personally spent tens of thousands of pounds on their products.
The customer service was dismissive, unhelpful, and showed no interest in retaining a loyal customer. No accountability, no goodwill, just a robotic response and a shrug.
Apple Leeds, you?ve lost me for good. I?ll never buy another Apple product again. Shocking experience.

Last time I came here was an apple iPhone iPhone 5, which was only a few months old when he decided to stop making any ring sounds they couldn?t fix it and gave me replacement.
Popped in today a problem with an iPhone 11 helpful girl plenty of staff really impressed with the number of staff available .

I arrived at the store at 7:14 pm on the 18/10/24 and proceeded to the designated ?Order Pickup? area, where I waited to be assisted. Despite the store being relatively quiet, with approximately 15 staff members and only around 10 customers, including myself, I was left waiting for 30 minutes without any acknowledgment from a single member of staff.
The lack of attention was so prolonged that I began to question whether I was being noticed at all or even if I was alive. The only indication I had of my presence was from my Apple Watch, which alerted me to a significantly elevated heart rate of 145 bpm?a reflection of my frustration rather than anything else.
It wasn?t until 7:58 pm, two minutes before the store?s closing time, that I finally took the initiative to approach a staff member myself. The response was a half-hearted apology for my 45-minute wait, during which I was informed that I should not have been ignored. The charger was then handed over with little further concern for the delay I had experienced.
I must say, in all my years of visiting retail stores, I have never encountered such poor customer service. To be left waiting for 45 minutes without acknowledgment is entirely unacceptable. For a company of Apple?s stature, known for its premium products and services, I expected far better.
Given this experience, I am now seriously reconsidering my loyalty to Apple. It would have been faster and more convenient to have had the charger delivered, and I will certainly think twice before visiting an Apple Store again.
I trust you will take this feedback seriously and address these service issues to prevent similar situations in the future.

One member of staff in particular, Tristan, was incredibly rude, spoke down to me & manhandled my phone / case. It was like he was angry at life and only seemed interested in helping when the customers were young women ?

Terrible customer service, I went into Leeds to purchase my new phone on a Saturday, the shop was quite busy and I ended up doing about 3 laps of the shop unable to find anyone free to purchase the phone from. This includes been ignored by the ?geniuses? whilst they were stood chatting to eachother whilst trying to get there attention to buy a phone. I eventually found a helpful genius who let me buy a phone from them, will be ordering online in future. The phone is good.
