I had a bad experience with an overzealous staff. Went back months later to fix my phone. Was late by 5 minutes because I could not find parking in trinity. Of course my appointment was cancelled as a no show. Explained my plight to the gentle man that attended to me and he made everything right. Got my phone fixed in an hour. Went back two weeks later to get a new Mac while I traded in the new one. The lady that attended to us was so lovely from the moment we noticed we needed help till we were done setting up. These acts have changed my mind about the store.

Well where do I start, I went in to apple explaining that my phone had stopped charging so then they booked me in for an appointment with the ?genius? bar. They then proceeded when I arrived for my appointment to go through with me what they would do to repair it which is fine. I then had to go back the next day and they took my phone to ?repair? it. They had my phone for between 4/5 hours just for me to go back and then say that there is nothing wrong with it to which I responded yes there is. They then told me they can?t do anything without a continuing problem and pattern, I then went in again the day after because my phone STILL wasn?t charging they told me to bring my wire this time and they gave me a replacement (even though I had already explained multiple times in the past two days that the charger was not the problem as I had tried several) so then I went home again.Day 4 in the Apple Store one person took my phone brought it back and found the problem straight away (why couldn?t this be resolved day one) and he said I needed a replacement as there was a problem with my charging port. He then said that my phone (bear in mind £1200 for the phone over £200 for apple care and the other money I spent on parking in 4 days) needed replacing in which I was fine with because that makes sense he then said it would be an extra £80 to replace the phone. See this wouldn?t have bothered me if I hadn?t spent the money on parking over 4 days which totalled to about another £40/50. Quite frankly this issue should have been resolved day 1 and it should not have taken me 15 hours of my life sat in an Apple Store to fix a phone I had less than 5 months. Appalled with the service I got and the money I spent. Everyone?s life is on their phones nowadays and I know that apple know this and they still proceeded to mess me around. I missed university lectures and update at my job. Massive inconvenience.

Can?t believe the products of Apple I have:I phoneI padMacBook AirI watchI podsIv had these several years absolute no problems but the MacBook itself, no display whatsoever. Charging £400 to get it repaired!. MacBook itself is £750. Absolutely madness. Slowly I will be selling all these products and moving to some else

Shocking price for repair!!Smashed the glass on my iPhone camera brought it to the store to get a quote on repairing it, over £500 to replace the full back and the small bit of glass. ( I only needed the glass for the camera)Then insulted me and offered around £150 to buy the phone towards a new one! So why would I spend over £500 to repair?I took it over the road to iSmash who did a fantastic job just replaced the glass, new screen protector and a camera protector all for £85!You can also buy iPhones nearly new a lot cheaper!

When you spend £3000 on a laptop plus Apple Care+, you expect the when the cheaply manufactured charging cable breaks during normal use, you will be taken care of. Not so. They want to charge £42 just to replace the small, detachable USB section of the cable (not even the power brick, which is fine!).Obviously this is a complaint about Apple itself more than this store in particular, so regarding the store, like all Apple stores it is a formless arrangement with none of the tried-and-tested features that make a shop actually usable. There are no tills, no waiting areas, no queues.Looking around, you can see confused customers milling around looking lost and unsure where to stand in a gleaming white, smelly hall, while far too few staff run about trying to help customers without having any reliable way to know who is waiting for what, who has been waiting longest and so on.The whole thing is quite obviously an utterly failed attempt to give the illusion of a luxury shopping experience. Trash-tier if you are expecting them to provide good service for the money you've paid. A+ if what you are looking for is a kafkaesque, absurdist take on consumer capitalism.The only plus is the staff - no surprise since they are the only thing in the room not made by Apple.

Had a very good experience here, all staff were super helpful, especially Ben who helped me with my iPhone. Unfortunately the problem with my phone wasn't fixable, but Ben gave me lots of different options and didn't pressure me to buy a new phone in store. Absolutely would recommend (only a 4/5 because sadly the problem wasn't fixable).

Just attended a booked appointment after waiting 10 minutes over the booked time decided to leave! Terrible service yet again, it?s a shame we have no other choice in Leeds. Will travel to Manchester next time

We got advised to book a slot to speak to one of the employees about a mac. We were there 10 minutes before the time slot. We waited 40 minutes after the booked time slot and still did not have a chat with one of the workers. Will not be going there again.
