Staff member was rather rude to me as I was trying to view a sex toy. Only came in for lingerie but was told a by a (different) member of staff that toys were buy one get one half price for today only. The rude one then saw me inspecting a toy and said that the boxes are not for opening and viewing as they need to stay sanitary (which I didn?t know as I thought these were display items and one would be brought from the back upon purchase). While I completely understood that reasoning and immediately apologised, they continued to labour the point in a rude tone of voice until I felt so uncomfortable that we left the shop and we made our purchases elsewhere.

Tia was the one who helped me and she made me feel so so comfortable and even boosted my self-confidence ??? the rest of the staff were also seriously so lovely too! everyone was smiley and positive and the atmosphere just felt so safe. im glad i walked in despite initially just wanting to look around ?

I had the pleasure of shopping at Ann Summers Leeds recently, and I was very happy with the experience. From the moment I walked in, I was made to feel comfortable and welcome, which is so important in a lingerie shop. I was particularly impressed with the service of staff member Gemma. She guided me through the selections with ease, helping me find exactly what I needed. She was patient, attentive, and offered great advice without being pushy.
What truly stood out was Gemma?s ability to understand my preferences and recommend items that were both beautiful and suited to my style. She made the whole shopping experience enjoyable and stress-free. I left the store feeling confident and satisfied with my purchases.
If you?re looking for personalised, professional service, I highly recommend asking for Gemma when you visit.

An excellent lingerie store with an extensive selection of sizes and styles. The saleswomen are exceptionally kind and knowledgeable, offering personalized advice and a deep understanding of both the products and the store layout. However, be cautious: the location marked on Google Maps is not entirely accurate and might lead you to the wrong place. I highly recommend this store for a pleasant and successful shopping experience.
