I visited the Leeds store today with urgency to purchase a last minute dress for a wedding. Ella greeted me as I entered the store and was friendly and happy to help. She went through all options and gave great advice and answered all my questions. I left a very happy customer with two fantastic dresses that were great value for money! Fantastic experience from start to finish!

Went in for some much needed items for our holiday and Ana was amazing, she helped us find everything we needed and more - we didn't need to go anywhere else. I've never seen my husband enjoy clothes shopping so much!

Harry who served us in All Saints Leeds was outstanding,he was so helpful patient and informative,nothing was too much trouble ,we left purchasing a wonderful leather jacket,and had a wonderful shopping 5 star experience thanks to Harry.We shall definitely be returning.

I nip into All Saints Leeds quite often (along with a variety of other ladies clothes shops in and around the VQ). I have to say that Joe is such a great member of your team. So very helpful and always smiling. Wish everyone in the VQ were a tenth as helpful as All Saints Joe!

Went into the Leeds store yesterday when it opened at 11am and was greeted straight away with a big smile and felt so welcomed by Joe. Who then went on to give outstanding customer service. Joe you are an absolute credit to All Saints I hope they know that! :) You were so helpful from start to finish and I wish shopping at other places were more like this!

I don't think I've ever left a review of an All Saints let alone any department store for that matter, but I felt compelled. I can't even begin to describe how good the customer service I received was. I was greeted by the most helpful lady, (I believe she's the manager). I described what I was after, and she loaded me up with a few items to try on. She then pointed me in the direction of upstairs where Amelda greeted me and also loaded me up with even more items to try on. Maybe the best customer service I've ever received, absolutely made my week. Thanks so much!
