Every time I go in here its the same. The cashiers stop scanning to have a chat! With either the customer they are serving, a colleague, or someone they know walking by!!! And the faces on them when you say no to using the self serve checkout!
Yeah sure, I'll do the work YOU GET PAID TO DO while you do nothing! Not sure why they look like Easyjet check in staff either!
The bloke who is a cashier is sound. Just does his job without thnking he needs to order people around! He is the 1 star
Awful staff

Would've been 5 stars but since the refit it is awkward to get to things in the enclosed shelving. No consideration has been given to the space the doors take up into the Isles and of how much manoeuvring people in wheelchairs or mobility scooters have to do. Sliding or no doors would have been better.

Always busy always stacking the shelfs, so that says it all really doesn't it, most stuff very similar to big super markets but cheaper, yes one or two things are not as good as big superstores but nether the less still making a saving

Terrible store, all the staff shouting across the store to each other. Went to self checkout with my trolly and man shouts at top of his voice ?20 items or less ? for gods sake I had 21 items in my trolly so had to line up behind all the weekly shoppers. Took me 40 minutes instead of the usual 10. I will not visit this store again the staff are so rude and not very helpful at all.

Very hard to get meat with more than 3 days best before end date. A lot of time iv seen meat expiring the same day and it isnt even reduced. Not really able to do a full weeks shop here anymore with the meat ready to expire. Veg isn't always good either sometimes the Carrots go black within a couple of days. Will probably start getting meat and veg elsewhere. Apart from that I like Aldi for everything else and the selection of other products is great for such a little supermarket

The only reason I like to go to the Seacroft Aldi is because the staff on the till are amazing.The management never smiles and are moody and treat the staff with no respect.The management team need sacking and you need to employ managers that smile. I've seen staff come and go because how they are treated sort your management out Aldi.
