Harassed by the older lady working the checkout at 20:10 on 21/08/25.
She demanded to be left positive feedback on the survey given on the card machine then made nasty comments afterwards creating a hostile and confrontation situation. Perhaps if she even attempted to have a positive attitude she wouldn't need to demand good feedback from customers.
This has made me hesitant to come to the store again despite it being local for me.

Molly is an asset to your business. She went above and beyond any expectations I could have had for me today. Really felt at ease dealing with her and she sorted me out in minutes despite the complicated request. She knew what she was doing inside and out and really thought she is an amazing person. Budget market in Leeds although can be quite inaccessible for some quick top-ups. Can be crowded in weekends and need to queue up for check out. Overall, quite nice for the pockets

Great place to pick up things you didn't even know you needed. You probably can't get everything for a weekly shop here, but you can get most at a great price. Own brand items here are of good quality and often better than the equivalent named brands.

Almost all of the staff are rude and racist in nature. The majority of the staff act as if they own the store, and believe most of the customers are poor people trying to find bargains for their weekly shopping, so they are not concerned with customer service at all.
Aldi's staff is overwhelmingly racist and lacks good customer service
