Just about the only health organisation I havnt had any issue with. Not once. They do my medication well and always make sure they have it in. They deliver it. No fuss no mistakes no problem.

Had some much-needed antibiotics prescribed to me at 2130 on a Saturday night and they sent them to Al-Shafa. I got there after 2200 and they were still open and had my prescription ready to collect in minutes after my arrival! No messing around, great service, friendly Pharmacist and assistant, couldn?t ask for more. Why can?t all pharmacies be like this??

Bad service as my brother went in yesterday and the old man didn?t understand him and tried to call him a liar over medicine you can get over the counter. Full family will never come here again

My brother come and he said as disrespected by the so called the owner and out family will never go here again. Over medicine that anyone can get over the counter. Only this place had an issue. I went somewhere else and they give it straight away.

Come today and the so called owner old/black man says I can?t have the medicine due to the fact of miscommunication as he doesn?t seem to understand things properly. Me and my family have been coming here for a few years now. But this is the last time. They?ve got poor service always something out of stock tbh. But today really pissed me off as the old man tried to call me a liar. Which is one thing I hate! Very angry and disappointed.

Best pharmacy. They go above and beyond to help. Order a prescription and its delivered to your door the same evening.Pleasant staff. Ive even switched my hubby to this chemist now
