Ridiculous customer service! Paid for a box of tiles as I ran out, they took my payment in 2 mins and ask me to wait at pick up point and it will be 5 mins. Took them 35 mins to get it to my car only because I went in twice to ask and they shifted the job from one person to another. Rubbish customer service

To be honest save your headache and go somewhere else the whole experience was just really upsetting and frustrating. I bought tiles from torre Road al murad they were 1mm different on one side in all boxes the quality of the tiles are terrible. It's just a total rip off and a terrible quality once installed. It will cost you more from here in long run. After careful is a joke. Nobody once to know.

I had a great experience with al Murad tiles in Morley. Farooq was very helpful with me every time I was in, as it took me a long time to decide! All the staff were pleasant and helpful. Their tile choice is great, and the staff are knowledgable in the products. Thanks!

Don't buy from these guys they will send you the wrong tiles, short ship you and then accuse you that these tiles could have come from anywhere when they delivered incorrect ones and short shipped you. No Apology or refund. Now I am going through the whole Consumer Rights Act 2015 with them. Buy from tileala, AZ tiles, CTD. But don't trust this company, you will not get any customer service if things go wrong.

Wish I listened to other people and never bought my work top from them. They are very good with you when they need to sell as they ask for payment upfront soon after they have the money in their hand that?s when they show their true colour measurements were wrong so they messed my kitchen up which I was dreaming of because of them my dream was shuttered when I asked measurements were wrong they told me I signed the papers but surveyor came to measure, it?s not like I gave them the measurements what do I know about measurements ,then why have surveyor also on the day of installation they said they will get back to me with a solution how to go forward with the problem but never call me back didn?t even fit my worktop properly just left it I wonder how they sleep at night after treating someone like this.Please please please don?t buy from them even if it?s sound too good don?t be fooled by them like I was.

Brilliant customer service today! Popped in having tracked down the border tiles I wanted whilst on business up north and the guys were so helpful. Got myself a great deal on the tiles I'd found elsewhere too! Amazing selection of tiles too!

Avoid at all cost, very bad customer service..a man named Abu Bakr told us to take extra tiles in case we are short and said not to worry just return what is left at the end. We have 3 boxes left travelled a long way and they won't take the tiles back. Caused us a lot of stress and didn't have the slightest care what we had to say. Do not TRUST what they say.
