The staff where very rude with me and the children, to work in such a place you think the staff would be more customer focused.I felt like we was imposing. A great places with a good feel, just a shame about the staff, a bunch of miserable robots.

We had an amazing time. The Chinese new year trail was fun. Unfortunately our grand daughter fainted. The staff were brilliant from getting us into the quiet and cool, sorting a first aider and making sure she had a drink.Thank you so much. Will be back.

Brilliant gem of a museum.Affordable entry and it's discounted if you're a Leeds resident.Parking is just across the street in a public car park.It takes just over and over, no more than 2 to visit the museum. The victorian streets are fascinating to look at, and very atmospheric.Upstairs there's a penny arcade with vintage machines. It's pocket change to get pennies to use, and a lot of fun.No bad things to say really. The museum is well maintained and one of the upstairs galleries changes exhibitions fairly regularly.

We really enjoyed our visit. The shops were interesting and provoked interesting conversation. The exhibits took us back in time.Videos were excellent and well worth watching. A little snap shot in Leeds gone by around every corner.Educational and fun. Please support this fabulous museum. Great value for money too.

You could spend a few hours in this family friendly museum easily. Impressive Victorian Leeds street - it felt you were on a film set. There are also childhood galleries to see toys from the past and large collection of reconditioned original penny slot machines, some of which are still in excellent working order. To bring this all to life they really need to train the staff to interact more - share knowledge. Car park across the road and worth checking ticket options as you can use your Art Pass plus discount for Leeds Residents. There was a cafe with outside seating area. Worth a visit if visiting Leeds.
