Closest Fish and Chip Shop and it's ace mate Food is 9 times out of 10 good once the fish wasn't as good but I think that was a big flook honestly the fish alone is something to ogle over

Had a large breakfast here this morning, £6 so very reasonably priced with a hot drink or can included.
Was delicious and piping hot when served. Would come again.

This used to be a great fish shop but the quality and portion size has gone downhill.
Their are far better local fish shops now and we will not be using them again.

Used to come here from Doncaster regularly as the quality was so good. Not been for a few months due to illness so we went tonite and the portions were so small they would only just feed a 5yr old! I know we ordered sml portions but that was really going to the letter of small. The chips were not the same as previous occasions and my fish cake was hard and burnt like it had been kept warm and then re-fried to sell. The top of my can of shandy was filthy and caked in brown gunge. Not sure if it is new ownership but it?s def not as good as it used to be.

Whilst chips were average and sausage and curry sauce were good??portion sizes are shocking! Ordered a large chips and what I got was less than a small!

Would not recommend. The staff are miserable and would not give away scraps even though I spent over 15 pound in there. The chips are awful taste like they?re yesterday?s. Terrible customer service.

£7.30 for small fish and chips is a bit much. Especially when the size is slightly bigger than the car key. Burnt fries :(
