Ideally situated for the Town Centre. Third time staying here whenever the Continental Street Market on. Mobility Accessible room is perfect for my needs and the receptionist is friendly helpful and cant do enough for you. Will keep returning and highly recommend it. Meals are all worth it and the upgrade deal for evening meal was great. Thankyou

I stayed for 5 days for work. It's on the lower end for Premier Inn. The room had a few rough edges but it was clean. Reception staff were helpful. The Brewers Fayre next door lets it down as the food isn't the greatest. Plenty of takeaways close by

I stay at Premier Inn a lot with work. Massive thanks to Monika at Pontefract North Hotel for going above and beyond. Professional, courteous and extremely helpful. You deserve special recognition. Check ins were queuing out of the door, you were calm, friendly and very efficient. You went out of your way to find pliers to remove part of a charger that had got stuck in my tablet. Forever grateful. Thank you ?
Rooms: As you'd expect. Comfortable with everything you need.

Comfortable family room. Family room was clean , shower was good and beds were comfortable. Free WiFi a bonus. We only used as a stopover and didn't use the adjacent restaurant.

One of the more rougher premier inn I've been to but it served it's purpose .
Room was okay - in need of a paint but it was comfortable and very warm - on that the whole building was roasting hot - definitely needed heating turning down .
We had a nice meal in the adjoining pub plus breakfast was nice .
Took an age to order the evening meal , I was trying use blue light card they were having trouble with accepting vouchers and the Asian lady serving was ever so nice sorting it out until this horrible lady with dark hair stuck her beak in not a very nice manager at all

Great location for simple overnight stop when travelling and the staff were without exception lovely. It was quiet and the presence of the Brewers Fayre meant it was fast and easy to get a reasonable hot supper too.
Although the room was comfortable, I didn't notice until the morning that the room was dusty, grimy and there was black mould on the bathroom ceiling and along the silicon sealant. The window ledge needed some attention too.
I slept very well and enjoyed a good breakfast before heading off the next morning.

So I booked into this hotel looking forward to a good night sleep and especially the breakfast, unfortunately due to work commitments I wasn?t able to have breakfast but the staff were fantastic and looked after me with a takeaway and plenty of it brilliant hospitality.

It's OK, not one of the better ones, it's old and very tired, but the staff were friendly which is the important bit.
Food and drinks: Next to a Brewers Fayre, possibly my worst choice of restaurant/pub. Food was hot, that's about all you can say really.

Last minute booking, easy online booking service en route. On arrival, very welcoming greeting and excellent customer service, thankyou Sue. For a one night stay excellent value for money. Hot drink facilities included, very spacious comfortable night stay.

Great location. Right next door to decent resteraunt. Morrisons is 5 mins drive away with reasonably priced petrol. Staff were very friendly at the hotel.
