Awful customer service. Girl with french was stroppy and lied about that she doesn t have a pen to write on cups. shouldnt be working there if you can t deal with busy environment.

Service station Costas are usually bad but the service here was fantastic - thorough and kind and patient when I was tired. Coffee as expected, bit pricey but that's service stations, fast order and fast delivery.

Ordered a kit kat frappe. Should of had a Free kit kat bunny as per sign, but was not given one. Went back to counter only to be told that the had sold out. I was given a single after eight mint instead. Very poor service.

To all coach/bus drivers, if you want to go to a services, get a coach drivers ticket, and then be accused of lying about having passengers at Costa Coffee in front of your passengers and random customers, like its anything to do with them, and stalked by a little, old, blonde staff member, this is the place to go, literally cost her own business over £30 a week I spend there on food as well as all the coach tickets

Arrived last night at just after 9.30pm, to be told that they were closed but would be serving again in 15-20 minutes. So we sat down, waited as the two female staff played on their phones, took a cage of rubbish out, came back for the till drawer and came back a few minutes later, before hanging around logging the till back on. A male member of staff then took over. Half an hour later we were able to get a drink. Really not acceptable service in view of the premium price.

Customer service here is dreadful. I asked about Friday cake deal, but I didn't qualify as I don't have the app. I then asked for a regular latte and hot chocolate, to only be charged for one drink, I asked was that for 2 drinks and was snapped at and she rolled her eyes at me. I was then charged for large drinks when I had asked for regulars. Rude and unhelpful, I just felt ripped off.

Been in far worse Service Area franchises, but staff here are friendly, helpful & efficient; light and airy, well maintained; ample parking; prices? well, "are what they are" - no more to say really ...

My first visit to Ferry Bridge Costa and I really enjoyed my short visit.
I was greeted by a jovial, very tall gentleman (Kyle if I remember correctly) who made the most delectable mint hot chocolate?
Really brightened up my day and hope I drive by soon sometime

Just been to this costa and asked for a chocolate frappe to be rudely told it gets turned off at 8pm and no ice drinks at 10:45pm. Got a very much can?t be arsed attitude from staff member? went last week for the same drink and got served fine at 10:15pm
