I visited Burger King at ferry bridge this morning which was quite busy. I was surprised to see the same person come from around the back of the counter after making my whopper to serve me.
I have no problem with this however surely there was more than one person in the Burger King.
I have been thinking about this all day and just wanted to say well done to the lady and thank her for such an amazing service to me.
The food was very tasty too

Was the only customer at the time, waited around 25 minutes for an order which turned out incorrect as they forgot to put some stuff in. The food was cold and it did taste like rubber

I visited the services where I bought a whopper meal from BK yesterday evening, which was very tasty and filling. The service I received from the lady on the front counter was exceptional, she made me feel like nothing was too much trouble and she was more than happy to help. This is exactly how customer service should be!! Bravo to the lady!!

Excellence today at Moto Ferrybridge Burger King! We were greeted by a very welcoming Zoe. Very organised, clean place. Ordered 3 x large Whopper meals, fast, efficient service. Food perfect ! Well done Zoe and the team at BK ??
