It's been a bit of a battle between solicitors to get to my completion date. The whole team at YourMove Keighley have been amazing! Tenacious in getting answers when solicitors didn't answer emails/phonecalls from me.Thanks Danielle for taking all my phonecalls and doing your best to have an update for me each time!Super supportive and would definitely reccomed them to help someone navigate this journey!

From personal experience, I would not use the YourMove Keighley branch. Constant turnover at the branch ( on-going for more than twelve months ) results in issues raised never being filed. Left issues in their hands to find out three weeks later that the entire team has changed. Very little communication from them unless chased. Save yourself the hassle.

Lewis is my agent and I have been delighted with the serviceI have received. From the very outset I have felt reassured and impressed with all aspects of my selling experience. He has explained the whole selling procedure thoroughly, taking me through every step of the way, encouraging and listening to my concerns, beingvery patient with all my questions, and resolving my queries and worries with ease and genuine concern. The other members of staff also have been so helpful, friendly and are a most efficient team.

Although I haven't bought a house through this estate agent, so far my experience has been really good. Lewis, the estate agent I've been dealing with, has gone out of his way to help me by offering video tours of houses I'm interested in because I currently live a long way from Keighley.

Recently had our home values by Jack who was very accomodating to days and times after a few rearrangements. Jack was smart, confident and straight forward with his advice and evaluation of our property. Would not hesitate to recommend.

I handed my property over to be rented out. The tenant they found left in less than 2 months and left the property in a mess with the fridge missing too. I am still waiting for this to be resolved after many office visits and emails I still have no deposit refund and my complaints have not been resolved after 15 working days as per their policy. They took the full first month rent and I did not receive one full rental income. Very POOR service which has negatively effected my buisness. I am VERY disappointed with the office.

very helpful throughout with Evie Denby-McCool a real diamond as is rare these days to have somebody with a brilliant attitude/personable/humorous but also very professional and keeping me fully informed when she said she would a real gem. Would have given 5 star rating but lawyers i used through your move didn't match up to estate agent.

Your Move Estate Agents have been absolutely fantastic in helping us move into our new home.Evie in particular has been great at keeping us up to date with the whole process & felt she was doing her very best to get things moving.They were always there at the other end of the phone when I needed them & always polite & courteous even when I may have been slightly frustrated.I would 100% recommend Your Move as my experience with them has been so good.
