Would rate them zero if I could. Have failed to deliver prescription for over 3 days. Went to pharmacy and was told out of stock, was informed it will be delivered next day, which was ok. On way home another pharmacy had it stock phoned Wells up to pass the script but then informed it's ready.The have been lying since I've investigated so I never going use them again for the way the treat their customers. It's all about making money for them with absolutely no care for their patients. Just look at their reviews.Will never use them again

v bad customer service. I popped in today to buy a covid mask - I would have had expected them to have some on the counter or round about as is now the season, but no, tucked away in a corner, not obvious & had to push past someone waiting for medication to get to. Only cloth ones, no disposable - after spending £2,34 on one (cheapest they had) went outside, opened & tried on. only to find loops were attached to length of fabric & not ends - it was not immediately obvious how it was meant to work & so I assumed this was faulty, took back & asked for a refund - I was told it was not a fault & had to go on over your head (ok if you don't mind messing up your hair, I suppose) They were adamant they would not give me a refund (as I'd opened it & tried it on!)

Very bad service ...rude people ...they treat customers very badly as they give command instead of politely speaking ..and they ask to wait the customer up to 30 mins..and they do nothing ..very very bad service choose another pharmacy

got there for my blood test to get told its cancelled till next Tuesday I had no call or email absolute shambles

They picked my prescription up from oakworth road health centre and now they cant find it I rang the doctors they say its here there staff haven't got a clue time wasters avoid
