Haris on the reception was a great member of staff and went above and beyond helping to get our WiFi connection issue resolved. It was also great having the Toby Carvery restaurant directly next door. Free parking a nice addition. Hotel was basic and quite dated but very clean, warm and comfortable. Ideally positioned for Keighley Town Centre, Train Station and Bus Station. Leeds Bradford Airport not that far away either. Would definitely return.Nearby activities: Keighley and Worth Valley Railway is just down the road, same with Keighley Train Station and Bus Station.Safety: You need an electronic key fob to allow you to get into the guest part of the hotel. 24 hour reception.Walkability: Only a short walk down the one road to Keighley Town Centre.Food & drinks: Toby Carvery restaurant directly next door on the same site.Noteworthy details: Leeds Bradford Airport not far away either.

Travelodge Keighley - Thursday 8th Feb 2024This was the day of the awful snow storm in Keighley, West Yorkshire, Cross Hills, Cowling, Laneshawbridge, and other parts of Lancashire.I would like to thank the staff member, Bronte, for accommodating me and letting me book a room using her phone on the very same evening at 7pm. I was very distressed, seeing that all of my village was in complete darkness and had a power outage, due to the terrible blizzard. She not only helped me with extra duvets and heaters, but also suggested that I go and get a hot meal next door as they were closing early.I believe that Bronte truly went above and beyond her role, and I am very grateful for the kindness shown, and the quick thinking on her part, in such a terrible situation.

Seemingly only ever one person on, running about elsewhere in the hotel. Corridors stank of stale puke/pee.
