Absolutely disgusting service.I rang to check if I could still use my sunbed minutes which I bought last March, costing £35. I only use sun beds as I know they are very damaging and have a lot of risks with UV damage and skin cancer, and as I was going on a long 4week holiday and usually get prickly heat I thought I?d try prep my skin before but due to covid this holiday was obviously cancelled. I explained this to the lady over the phone who I can only assume was a very unprofessional manager and she said I cannot use them. I was confused and shocked by this because due to covid beauty salons/hairdressers etc was shut for months in 2020 due to government laws therefore I did not get the opportunity to use them anyway? She then went on to get defensive and argumentative with me saying that they were open in December. Which I said well I wouldn?t want to put my skin at risk for no apparent reason in a winter month with no upcoming holiday plans (which I again explained was the only reason I used them was to prep my skin due to risks). She then rudely laughed and said sun beds aren?t bad for you, I was shocked and said sorry? And she repeated again. I then explained that they definitely are and my mum had skin cancer twice from using them in her younger years. She SNIGGERED AND LAUGHED and had the audacity to reply ?well I?m that case you wouldn?t want to use them anyway?. I am shocked and DISGUSTED at this response and terrible customer service. I do not use sun beds for vanity reasons- and even if I did who would laugh at something so serious and be so insensitive?! Absolutely vile. Do not waste your money at the Tanning Station. I will be passing on this horrible and hurtful experience to everyone I know. You should be ashamed of yourselves. VILE NASTY WOMAN.Service: Tanning
