The support from the team has been consistently good. There was one particular time when I had some technical issues and Majid went over and above to overcome the challenges and solve the problem. It was very much appreciated and with his support I received my products in good time for my client.

Will never use this pharmacy again. Customer service is non existent, Rude, unhelpful, next day delivery does not happen, Still awaiting my delivery 5 days later, no refund offered, parcel did not arrive no replacement offered. This is not a business this is a sham.

Shocking pharmacy avoid at all costs. I paid for next day delivery on Monday evening after cut off so should have arrived on Wednesday. Recieved no tracking info so tried to contact via WhatsApp and I was ignored. I rang the pharmacy who said they would send it and would arrive the next day, said they would send me tracking info and didn?t. I rang the next day to chase this up and the man on the phone was very rude and hung up on me- said he would look into it baring in mind he already said the day before he had sent it out . No appology or refund for the next day delivery cost . Will never use this pharmacy again

Ordered last Thursday through faces for one of my prescriptions on a next day delivery at 12:30pm. I had clients coming in for treatments and lost work because the order was never delivered Friday. I rang and a rather abrupt guy answered the phone and told me to WhatsApp my order and he will come back to me. He never did! After Friday it never arrived Saturday and I have been chasing through faces. I have had a dispatch notice now sent when I?m now not going to here here!. I?m extremely angry at the lack of communication from Crystal as to why I didn?t. Have this Friday and no apology or offer of something for the loss of work. Shame on you!. I won?t be using you again

absolutely horrendous service.I ordered products from this company before the cut off time (3pm). My order was not fulfilled until I contacted them.WhatsApp message's between them and myself were not acknowledged NO offer of reimbursement of delivery charge. No delivery tracking number when asked on a number of occasions! NO acknowledgement what so ever. Horrendous service.May I also add this is the second time this had happened.

Disgusting my parcel did not arrive I messaged crystal pharmacy every day for a week before they answered then they were rude and insulting claiming it had been delivered to right address even when evidence was produced to them to say otherwise they called me a liar do not use this service
