I can't thank this site enough for the welcoming of the lovely ladies who work there, to the pharmacy where the pharmacist is friendly and very helpful. Superdrug club card is handy for money saving and points. Well stocked and very clean is this store. I love this place. Oh and a great selection of perfumes and aftershaves to.

Friendly and helpful staff. The pharmacy staff are very knowledgeable about what medication you require.

Would not recommend visiting this branch if your skin is not white. I visited today and asked a member of staff if they had a particular shade of hair dye and she looked at me like I had just got off a UFO. She was rude and looked confused for no reason ar all. ?

Walked in, no help. The smallish woman with blonde hair, no name badage, maybe in her 20's stood in the back watching me as i shopped, was pointing me out and laughing. Not sure what her deal is but that sorta thing needs to stop. Major issues.

Popped to Keighley branch yesterday for some talcum powder (Johnson's baby powder) After waiting a while with the one item whilst lone cashier promoted special offer items & then had to ask a colleague to get supplies from back each time a customer took up the offer, I was asked for £4 for the powder (400 gms) - I nearly collapsed on the spot! £1.99 in Bodycare for 500gms of exactly the same stuff! (out-of-stock there until Fri) Obviously, I understand that prices differ from place to place & if it had been a little more I would have paid it - but this is a complete rip off! Needless to say I told them they could keep it & commented on the very high price tag which was met with cries of "We don't price the goods" from the two staff. I will be going back to Bodycare after Fri
