I am writing this review to bring to your attention an unpleasant experience I had at the Sports Direct Keighley branch this morning. I visited the store with my children and was disappointed by the rude behavior of the staff member who served us at the till at 9:53 am. Even my children noticed and commented on his rudeness.
I believe that it is essential for Sports Direct to provide their staff with training in manners and customer care skills to ensure a positive and welcoming environment for customers.

Been here from Leeds. It's the best Sport Direct. Got some sunglasses for a good price few years ago and again recently.

Appalling after care at Keighley Sports Direct. Bought some trail trainers (that felt great when I tried them on in-store, (£89's worth) but after walking out in them, they cut me at the heel. Couldn't walk properly for days later. Returned them in near perfect condition, (Salomons, which have a 2 year warranty with them anyway). And all the staff did was smirk and divert getting clever about them not being brand new anymore. When it said at the till (I was stood at): they were happy to refund or exchange a product up to 28 days later, as long as they were returned in their original packaging and perfect saleable condition. Some smirking prick said he could see mud (somewhere). When I bought them the soles were dirty from people trying them on. I returned them in a better condition! One of the Keighley Ramblers. I don't lie.

Excellent service when I went last Thursday with an issue I was having with Nike trainers I bought for my granddaughter. No problem in exchanging them. The staff who dealt with me had excellent customer service.

First time l have purchased on line from Sports Direct.Very straight forward, items ordered on Saturday, ready to collect on Monday. Great service, staff very helpful, will definitely shop this way again.

Ordered 2 suitcases online, accidentally put the wrong address in - no option to change it, was still able to get one of them delivered to the wrong address, but the other one got cancelled, they didn't even tried to deliver it, sent many emails, tried chats online, but now just gotta wait for at least 2 weeks to get a refund. Not recommended, impossible to contact.

Disgusting customer service talking about me on shop floor while i was in shop since all new staff no customer service at all. Second time same man upstairs walked away as asked for scooter to be lifted down he walked away rude. Woman was lovely but she struggled to get it down felt bad for her. Manger argree the other shouldn't talk bout me he tried to help but the fact this man was rude id advise any one going in wanting owt to actually not need help from the workers. This store gone down with rude staff shame rachel who works on game isnt in as shes best in there shame she dont work 4 sports direct has she has customer service skills.
