Having to have both pairs of glasses returned & remade due to being incorrect the first time, disappointed at the length of time taking to replace the first pair then I'll have to repeat with the second pair.
Difficulty in contacting the practice by phone, waiting over 10 minutes twice & then a very curt response to me inquiry.

I went to Keighley Spec Savers 24/08 for a routine appointment and I was very impressed by all the staff. Humara did my pre-test and Saffiya did my eye test - all members i interacted with polite and knew their technical information.
The Spec Saver itself is large and spacious and I would highly recommend people to come to this branch

I had a great experience at Specsavers. The staff were welcoming, professional, and very knowledgeable about the products, which made the whole process easy and reassuring.
A special mention to the optometrist, Saffiyah, who carried out a very thorough eye examination. She explained everything clearly and made sure I understood the results, which gave me real confidence in the care I was receiving.
Overall, I felt well looked after and would highly recommend Specsavers for both their excellent service and expertise.

Poor service especially from the girl at the main till ?Oliwia? spelt with a W. I really think staff retraining is required. No manners at the start or end of the conversation shocking customer service. Avoid

When I came to visit this place the member of staff there are very helpful and they made sure my new pair of glasses fitted me ok , only had a slight little red Mark's behind my left ear where they tightened it for me , now it ok

Had ear wax removed today by Fraz. Really quick and professional service. Nice people. Highly recommended.
Ok service and I got a cold from the equipment as staff didn't clean equipment after each person.

The optician who checked my eyes was very good but when it came to the part of choosing my first glasses there wasn?t much help so I didn?t buy any on my visit

The service of staff have always been excellent everytime I've visited. Warm and friendly welcome, relaxing atmosphere, approachable staff and reasonable waiting times.
Eye tests are comfortable and thorough. Optometrist really took care of my needs and gave great advice.
Plenty of frames to choose from and help is always at hand to help make final decisions.

I didn't know, but the retina in my right eye had begun to detach. I was thoroughly examined, diagnosed, and given a same-day appointment at the local hospital within an hour of contacting the Keighley branch of Specsavers. The staff could not have been more friendly or helpful.
