Refused to take cash. I explained several times that it was savings. The amount was £300. I'm not sure what language the receptionist, Emma, spoke but she couldn't understand basic English. I think the colour of my brown skin may have scared the poor girl. I feel embarrassed to have taken an isa out with this company. I've submitted my complaint, will wait a few weeks and if I'm not compensated correctly, I will take it up with the financial ombudsman. Best avoid this racist establishment, staff need training
