Terrible service, waited in a queue with nine other people while theres one staff member at the counter and two stood around offering to help, which they cant. The counter staff can take up to ten minutes serving a customer so if theres a large queue get ready to waste an hour.
When the staff stood around realise no one wants their help they should jump behind the counter and do some work.

Waited 39mins to put some cash in. Don't like the machines / plus can't remember my pin. One girl training in the counter. No-one else. An elderly couple in front after queuing where told minimum counter withdrawal is £300 (they wanted £50) told to go the the hole in the wall.
I had my card but couldn't remember my pin. Basically told we can't help you.
Absolutely appalling service.
I wanted to put money in, was taking so long I thought I'd be drawing my pension when I got to the counter.
You need to do better.

Appalling bank , Keighley Santander and staff are just as bad,, don't have a clue about customer service.
you have a bank card not returned from the cash machine at Keighley Santander and they treat you like a child, if you want to make an enquiry about your bank account they patronise you and belittle you in front of other customers.
Their online bank service is a disgrace, I've now joined Halifax building society and far superior service than Santander, never go back to them

Pretty poor. Waited 30 minutes in a long queue, almost missing an appointment that the printed bank statement we wanted was required for. All because they only have 2 desks and only 1 person working on them - other staff busy trying to redirect all their customers to machines. Talk about shooting themselves in the foot.I've increased my feedback rating as the lady on the counter kindly accepted coins my husband was paying in from donations to a charity, instead of requiring them all to be bagged (which couldn't be done as there weren't enough coins for each bag).Constructive feedback - put more staff on the counters and increase the number of counters.

Horrible service staff were incredibly rude and failed to acknowledge the issues with my banking, most notable the woman with short hair at the desk, was brushed off to the machines(even though I was 1 of 2 people in store) as I could get what I wanted to do there, even after explaining it had no idea how to!

Nice bank I have never had any problems with this bank so far. ? . I have now been job searching for a part time job . I have achieved being a full time unpaid carer for my mum. I will be finished my college studies after 3 years.
