I had to take my dog Tyson to be put to sleep this week and the veterinarian staff were amazing they were very compassionate, they explained every step and gave me time to say goodbye to my Tyson a Staffordshire bull terrier of 16 years old, whom I loved dearly ? thank you ? for being so kind xx

Poor staff went in to exchange some food I was sold wrong for my puppy I didn?t get a reciept and they refuse to exchange it very rude Won?t be gong in there again. I?ll use jolly?s accross the car park. Very helpful even got some freebies.

My other half bought 2 guinea pigs 3 weeks ago. To say they have been pampered is an understatement, as well looked after as any pet can be. On handling them she noticed one has a swelling under its chin, which on researching is probably an abscess. She took it in for the free 6 week health check with the vet which was completely pointless as you then need to pay £50 for them to look at the issue (so what were they even doing during the health check). Followed by a further charge for any treatment. So within 3 weeks we are getting vet bills for an issue that could quite possibly have been there from day 1. You don't expect free treatment for life, but you'd expect a bit of good will for a pet which they have supplied only a few weeks before. And we were specifically told when buying them, "any issues in the first 6 weeks, just bring them back in and we'll get it sorted!" You'd get a better customer service if your £15 kettle from Argos had broken. Clearly money is the number 1 priority, with the welfare of the animals a distant second.
