Possibly the worst care I have ever witnessed. I would not want this care agency looking after my tumble dryer let alone a loved one! Untrained staff who should not be working in care or looking after our vunerable elderly . The cqc report does not reflect the agency in the slightest. Stay clear. All review written are by staff who work for the agency not clients.
