I would give Oxenhope Pharmacy more stars as they are so friendly polite and welcoming. The services and advise they give is outstanding. Flu, Covid and other jabs have been no problem, plus Ear dewaxing. Now with the relaxing of services that can be given by pharmacies, Oxenhope will be at the front. Omar and Sadj plus all the staff will help in anyway they can to resolve your issues. Oxenhope has a high regard and respect for their valued service.

Congratulations on your Retail,Leisure and Hospitality Award,Well Deserved.I had my Covid and Flue Injections here visited without no appointment and was looked after straight away and even given a card for my Covid Injection.The Nurse and Staff were outstanding which created a lovely atmosphere.I will look forward to coming back here again.

Claims to offer a delivery option but won't let paying patients use it without coming in to pay for prescriptions because they've had previous patients renege on payments? Don't recommend this pharmacy at all - their leaflets are both full of lies and a waste of paper :)

Totally agree with all the other reviews that mention 'efficient', 'helpful' & 'friendly'. Made my jab actually pleasurable!Sally the nurse doing the jabbing is exceptional. Before I knew it (but with full medical consent?) I had come out with an additional flu jab & blood pressure check.Thanks again Oxenhope Pharmacy ?

The staff here were friendly, helpful and efficient. I had to travel 40 minutes to Oxenhope for my covid vaccine. However, it was such a pleasant experience I'll be booking my second jab here also. A special thank you to Nurse Sally - thank you for being so kind and patient.

Received the Autumn Covid Booster together with my mum. A total pleasure as far as 'jabs' go. The lady administering the jabs was kind plus gentle.All staff members were happy and helpful .... Oxenhope Pharmacy you are a dream team. Thank you.

my 14 yr old received 4 letters from the NHS asking us to book our son his booster covid and stating that he us eligible to receive a further covid vaccine provided that his last dose 3 months ago.booked his appointment online to Oxenhope pharmacy which is about 20 miles away.the pharmacy decided against the letter from NHS and our local doctor to refuse him the dose.wasted time(50 miles) and money.received today another reminder from NHS to book him an appointment. rung nhs to make sure and they said pharmacy should have given him the vaccine. rung pharmacy today and they still insist that the NHS is wrong and the pharmacy staff right.cannit understand the ignorance and unprofessionalism of this pharmacy and they should change to grocery shop instead. the staff threatened me they will take the complaint down..this is a joke.

Love coming here, staff are brilliant so friendly and helpful. I brought my daughter here for her covid jab and she even got a lolly for being a brave girl which made her very happy indeed, wouldn't go anywhere else :)

Went for my Covid-19 booster jab. I was extremely nervous because I have allergies. The staff were so reassuring and monitored me for half an hour. The staff members daughter even dropped me off back in Keighley! Really kind staff members. Highly recommend this pharmacy.

Took my daughter here to get her covid jab the nurse that was giving the injection what a fantastic woman she was put my daughter at ease soon as we walked in and even give me a lolly pop for being a good dad lol????
