Good store but poorly staffed. First visit to buy a phone ( SIM free) assistant asked which model we were interested in and when she realised it wasn't a high value model she went to talk to a colleague, we left. A week later we returned, same assistant asked if she could help. We said we wanted a SIM free Motorola g34 and she showed us the display. It was £15 more than the website, PLUS could only be bought as a pay as you go which was another £10. I then enquired if they could set it up if we bought one at which she said not today they were 'busy'. There were 4 staff and 2 customers, needless to say we left & bought a better spec phone at Argos for less money. Not impressed by the staffs attitude to customer service.

Chloe was great at sorting out our sim card and numbers. Great job. Would definitely recommend going to the O2 shop in Keighley if you need your account sorted or upgraded. Excellent service, thanks !

Visited the keighley store. All very lovely staff however I wanted to be a new customer thought they would take me to one side to go through options phone/contract.. wasn't to be I had to stand at the till area offered a deal which sounded very cheap didnt really know what phone had been offered when asked to see the phone it was out of stock . had to say to the lady twice to serve two pay as you go users.. then offered a very cheap price only to find out at nearly signing it's a 4 year contract!!!! The phone and watch I choose was out of stock for over three weeks and asked if I could collect from Bradford! Can be say to say didn't get my custom

Visited today having bought the phone from Keighley 02 several years ago and with recent 'overseas' service issues that had not been resolved at another 02 shop, nor the call centre. Not only did Keighley identify the issue, but they took time to sort out other issues. Impressed. When the time comes, I will put my business first with them. MIKE.

O2 Keighley shop owner - Regarding my partners complaint - You have recommended he uses a O2 social link, he clearly cannot do this, he cannot access his account due to the fraud. Again, he was promised a call back yesterday and nothing happened. You are incompetent and not interested in resolving these issues. I'm glad I am not on an O2 contract, the provider is appalling

Slack and completely unprofessional. Would avoid this store and O2 in general. If your thinking of joining O2, I would google Sim swap fraud first. O2 are one of the easiest phone providers to be hacked and you are not informed your number is being switched. It then causes lots of issues for you and nothing gets resolved. Very stressful and a lot of hassle. O2 don't take ownership. Left Virgin and moved to O2, by default and not long after had fraud carried out - 8 weeks ago. Bank accounts also hacked afterwards. Still not resolved with o2. I have been compensated, but then can't access my account to receive the compensation.

Yesterday me and my mother visited the O2 branch in Keighley. My mother needed a new phone as hers had broken. We were served by a lady called Chloe who had remarkable customer service skills. She went way beyond what was expected of her. She is an asset to the company and how she made my not so technical mother feel welcome and helped her so much. I would highly recommend popping into the branch and asking for Chloe.

Went in to get a sim free contract for my granddaughter added to my account. The lady we spoke to was friendly, helpful, and certainly knowledgeable regarding what was available. She even found me a cheaper deal with more data. Left the store very happy.

Went in looking specifically for O2 so did not go into any other stores but looks ok overall and seem to have all u would need...O2 very helpful and patient (have to be with me )
