I regularly shop here. Most of the staff are very helpful and friendly (especially the blonde haired lady who served me yesterday) and waiting times are usually pretty good. The menswear department usually has some homeware (candles) in it but was completely gone this week and looked bare.

Blonde girl behind the counter was very helpful. Unfortunately not much selection, I came in for some jeans and they are all stretch waist. I thought the other things sold such as the shirts and jumpers were quite dated.

Staff just not interested in serving me. I was stood at the check out for a good while as three members of staff walked past and ignored me. Then a fourth member of staff looked up and spotted me from behind the counter and just carried on sorting hangers. Just ended up having to leave without the item I wanted

Due to a "moving mishap" resulting in throwing all my clothes away, I had a number of visits to the Keighley store to collect my online orders. Each time I was lucky to see Sara. I have previously been a very senior manager and have to say, this exceptional woman is a credit to Next. She assisted me with the collections, some returns and offered great advise. She is the epitome of great customer service

I'm very happy with my jersey pants they were perfect to wear the bright blue flowered ones with a black background. I will be definitely buying more. I really loved my black Nike trainers they were lightweight and very comfortable and they had my big size instock aswell. Perfect Nike trainers for walking in.

Good morning next Keighley is just far to small suggestion MARKS AND SPARKS is closing down so why don't next move bigger store better selection for men and Women kids also.This would make better business sense cheaper coming out of the centre
