Very poor standards kept here. Queue times at the drive thru are longer than any other in the area. The drive thru attendant is abrupt and sometimes incomprehensible. Orders are often wrong (McNuggets instead of Chicken selects, quarter pounder instead of double cheeseburger are just two examples of orders I received). No offer of sauces and napkins non-existent with order, have to be specifically asked for. Most times your order is not ready so you have to park up, IF you can find a space, and wait for your order. Parking, and entrance and exit, are badly designed. Avoid if you want a quick meal.

Food was cold when it arrived, some items were missing. Phoned mcdonalds to let them know to be told there is nothing they can do and I have to contact Uber to arrange a driver to collect the missing food. This is not the 1st time this has happened at keighley mcdonald's and won't be using this service again

Went throught drive through & ordered just 2 items. Was told to wait in the carpark. Took them 10 mins to bring the food out. It was raining , the bag was wet through and the food cold. No serviettes at usual. They don?t answer the phone.

Never say hello to you, always forget something you?ve ordered, never put the sauces in the bag , the drive through may as well not be there since you?ve got to park up every single time anyway, the staff look like they?d rather be shovelling shit then working there.

Been to a fair few McDonald?s but this one has to be the worst mcdonalds in the country. Rude ignorant staff, slowest service ever seen for ?fast food? and orders are never right. Needs to be sold to someone who actually gives a toss?.

So basically I have came here quite a few often and most times there has been incidents like when I ordered six nuggets I got 2! And they get the ingredients wrong even they put cheese in a plain hamburger which is absolutely absurd for the amount you pay but i also am infuriated when they can?t even remember to but ketchup or sauce in the bag every time i have to check before i leave it is that bad.

We got food today, the burgers are so small and not worth what we paid. Chicken Nuggets like rubber. Only when we got home we found some of our order was missing. Need to prioritise in store orders over on line orders as feel this takes away from the service and food you receive.
