Ordered food at 10 pm, still has not arrived at 11:30, with no update from restaurant and not answering phone. £50 order as-well. The boys are starving, not happy at all

Never have seen such a KFC outlet anywhere. Here in Keighley KFC we are getting cheated we pay for 1.99 pounds for one piece of Chicken but in return we are been fooled.
