Very positive experienceIt?s a big like a maze but I asked 2 people; one on reception and one on the corridor where I needed to go and they were friendly and helpfulLady at the desk was welcoming and polite and staff doing procedure explained things clearly and in a nice manner. Couldn?t fault it. Was in and out very quickly. Thankyou

Please have someone change the telephone number on google business page as it goes through to a dental team. They were very kind to give me the phone number.

Reviews for the Health Centre very misleading as nobody should be ringing there to book appointments or blood tests as all clinics have their own individual numbers and It is not the GPs surgery or the Dentists

Receptionist sat in the back corner, on his computer with headphones on, not taking a real interest I'm my question. Ended up sending me to the wrong place and I missed my appointment. When I finally got to the right place, I was told I wasn't the first today who had been sent to the wrong location. Useless. Avoid.

I was in Keighley over Christmas and was taken ill I phoned Keighley health centre as it was a walk in clinic, left my phone number for them to call me back ,and they didn't, disgraceful, I ended up at the hospital in the end,and after a 9 hour wait was finally seen.

Absolute credit to Keighley. I've been coming here since i was in my teens for 1 reason or another, the staff are brilliant, patient (no pun intended) & sorted any problems I had. Shame to see so many poor reviews based on things out of their control. Just think if this ever shut, i guarantee a private health care centre would open in it's place.

I'd like to say thku very much, trailed over to kly for a blood test for my elderly mother. To find a sign on the door to say closed. I checked there website even site I booked it on nothing to say it was closed before is set off. I even got a reminder about the appointment.

Hi there it?s a 1 of the best service it used be but not any more I can understand it the covid has changed the system so it?s been very upsetting and sad lot people out there are suffering mainly elderly people they keep ringing but there is not answering very easyI can understand this it?s due to shortages staff but also they need to understand our suffering as well with being a human nature we need the mostI would like to request NHS or the government this needs to be look out quickly please thank you
