Made an order over the phone, went to collect the next day, got the item home it was incorrect size to what I'd ordered. A bit frustrating as delayed my job. Email sent to office, spoke to John who quickly sorted the problem out and correct item delivered. Overall great service and would use again.

The staff really try there best for you, everything is clean and tidy. The customers keep there distance. You feel safe there as well, regarding the covid. Yes I strongly recommend it.

Since it changed from Nelsons it's rediculously expensive.... A pack of concrete blocks went up £10.44 in a month, a 25kg bag of cement is £5.55 PLUS VAT..., its £4.12 at B&q.... Its just not worth going there any more.
