“A good shop with a nice selection of cards. Handy if your in the Keighley area, located very centrally in the Airedale centre. The staff are nice. Overall I would reccomend but expect queues during busy hours/days, as staff are limited, hence 4 stars.”

“Great help from Eurocell. As a DIY'er trying to do my own soffits and fascias I recieved excellent advice from the staff. Really decent quality products too. The staff took the time to go through all the products and delivered to my house on time.”
“I was served by Bronte at the Keighley branch. Not only did she resolve my issue of finding the correct towels, correcting me on the colour ( I selected the wrong ones) , sorting out my 10% discount promotion and patiently waiting for me to find what I wanted online she also answered several queries from colleagues seeking advice and also managed an impatient customer wanting to collect an item at the same time.
If Bronte isn't a supervisor then she should be and she clearly is very knowledgeable and competent at her job given the number of process/ policy questions she answered from colleagues , whilst serving me at the till.

“Very helpful & friendly staff. In days of rude & uninterested sales assistants it comes as a breath of fresh air to visit this store. Not only are the staff friendly & welcoming but are both polite & efficient. I had expected to collect an order at the Keighley store in Sainsburys but it was incorrectly labled. It was delivered to the Sainsburys store by mistake. The Argos staff located it & called me to arrange collection within 30 minutes of my contacting them. I think many sales staff could learn a great deal about customer service by visiting this store, the manager & his staff are a credit to Argos.”
