Came into the Store today to buy some vitamins & supplements fantastic customer service. We were struggling to find what we wanted on the rows of bottles. A staff member Becca came over asked us if we needed help finding what we needed. Obviously looks that lost lol. Couldn't have been any more helpful & took the time out to make sure I had everything needed. Makes a lovely change from customer service found in most places. Give the lady a promotion Holland & Barret finding staff like that is hard these days!

Never had any issues while shopping here. Prices are fair, ALOT of different things to purchase. Staff are also great.

Today we visited keighleu branch .The young blonde lady on the shop floor was lovely and VERY helpful.The older woman on the till was rude and made us feel belittled.may not be back.!

A nice welcome in the store,from both staff, they did not have the product in store that I wanted to buy, but the nice young man, ordered it online in the store for me, very good service provided.

The management in this store (Chris) behaviour was very rude as well as the staff. The level of customer service is awful. I will never ecommend or visit this store every again. I have reviwed others comments comments and it also states that staff and management are rude. This store either should be closed down or get staff who are able to deliver excellent customer service.
