I ordered a simple flush bolt for my shed and paid for next day delivery. The lock arrived four days later and was faulty. I advised the company of this who then said they have lots in stock which are not faulty and that I should return the faulty goods at my cost. I am still awaiting the replacement bolt which cost just over £7 but has cost me the best part of £25 all in. No refund on postage at all. Very poor customer service.
