Man fitter let self into my house he knock came in without permission. Also letter pick up reading found disrespectful. I spoke shop manager claims not happen before. I find hard believe. I offered rug to quiet he seem care me is Autism okay his fitter carpet do. I don't recommend plus price okay carpets. But felt not listen to by distress and disappointment by Hanover Carpets.

Great customer service, always go out their way to give you the best deal and make sure you are happy until the very end. Our carpet Fitter Usman was great, he treated our home like his own and really took his time to make sure the job was done perfect. Highly recommend Hanover and highly recommend you ask for Usman to fit your carpets!

I have use hanover carpets 3rd time round now, like always brilliant company to use & great costumer service by a lovely man calld asif.Hope fully will defonatly always come here to shop again as they offer wide & diffrent range of floors and carpet that are upto date style and good quality good Value to meet evry1 individual preference.There price range is also more cheaper then anyone else I've gone to so far???They also offer good quick and effective service in fitting and the best in town ? thank you ? ?
